Star Ladin, owner and principal of SMM, has spent thousands of hours working closely with entrepreneurs. She realized early in her career that her strongest virtue was her ability to develop strong bonds with entrepreneurs and understand their perspective. This clarity of vision for Star helped her realize her talent for supporting and coaching entrepreneurs, helping them to turn their knowledge into products and realize their dreams.

Star embraces the values of working with honesty and integrity, and is passionate about partnering with like-minded, conscious entrepreneurs who honor the same. Star’s purpose in life is to live as a fully conscious, grateful entrepreneur and her passion is to reach out and share her knowledge and expertise with entrepreneurs whose values resonate with her own. This is her life, this is her passion, this is her dedication.

SMM, formed in 2002, was the first full-service agency in Ventura County, California. Star, a resident and active member of the community of Ventura County, saw the benefit of living, working and investing in the community she so loved. Under Star’s leadership, the agency has grown into a multi-million dollar enterprise that includes numerous local, regional, and national entrepreneurs. Star is a passionate supporter of arts and education, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Alliance for the Arts.
